Salt Lake City is known for a lot of things: Stockton and Malone, world-class ski resorts, and the Church of Latter Day Saints, to name a few.
But this past weekend, while the city played host to the NCAA’s West Regional finals, the streets had an entirely different feel. Instead of missionaries in freshly pressed suits, there were seventy year-old Wildcat fans donning purple from head-to-toe, and frat boys in bulldog masks barking at each other.
Perhaps the only thing more surprising than Butler’s win was the fact that their coach, Brad Stevens, has a daughter. We had no idea he’d already hit puberty…
