Hey, college hoops fans, maybe you've heard about this. Did you know last night was the first time in the history of the Big Ten-ACC Challenge (or the ACC-Big Ten Challenge, depending on the year) that the Big Ten has actually won? 11 years in a row passed without that result, but finally, thanks to the Big Ten's deepest roster in years and a few upsets along the way -- including Clemson's utter meltdown against Illinois at home -- we Midwestern folk finally have something to cling to. And just in time for the bitter cold to start setting in! Hooray! Of course, the Big Ten-ACC Challenge is a matter of mixed loyalties. For one week, teams in a conference stop competing against each other and team up to face a common enemy, sort of like Afghan poppy farmers, or the X-Men. But not Marcus Ginyard.
