Ole Miss forward Murphy Holloway said last week the Rebels would go as far as Marshall Henderson would take them this season.
Marshall Henderson scored 27 points, Murphy Holloway added 15 and Mississippi pulled away in the second half to beat Coastal Carolina 90-72 on Tuesday night.
The 6-foot-2 Henderson was hot from the start, knocking down three early 3-pointers to keep the Rebels close in the first half. Coastal Carolina took a 39-36 halftime lead.
But the Chanticleers couldn't keep the momentum...
Saturday was special for Ole Miss linebacker Denzel Nkemdiche. Though the Rebels lost to Vanderbilt, 27-26, he was able to play in front of his entire family, including his brother Robert, the top prospect in the country.
