Hurlie Brown has been a defensive coach for 20 years. The Miami Hurricanes think he's ready to move to the other side of the football.
A person with knowledge of the situation told The Associated Press on Sunday that Miami has Brown as its running backs coach. The person spoke on condition of anonymity because the university is still finalizing certain aspects of the deal, which...
I am going to throw something out there that will probably come as a complete shock to people but Miami is really good. They have talent. They have balance. Miami rebounds the ball well...
In a move that surprised literally no one, Ray Lewis III followed his lineage and signed with the Miami Hurricanes. Of course his father is Ray Lewis of the Baltimore Ravens and plays linebacker. You may remember seeing him during the Super Bowl against the San Francisco 49ers.
Ray Lewis III was a three star running back according to Rivals.com and attended Lake Mary Prep in Florida...
LEBRON AND WADE APPROVE
In the Miami Hurricanes rout of North Carolina, Shane Larkin (son of baseball Hall of Famer Barry Larkin) decided to have some fun and throw the ball of the glass to Kenny Kadji for the dunk; naturally this sent the crowd into a frenzy. LeBron James and Dwyane Wade were sitting courtside and absolutely loved it. This will be #1 on Sportscenter Saturday night as the Hurricanes...
Blowouts, buzzer beaters and some excellent individual performances were the storylines of the last week in ACC basketball.
Of course, Miamis continued run trumps everything and should at least have the Hurricanes in the top-5 this week.
Here are this weeks power rankings:
1. Miami (19-3, 10-0)
The Hurricanes should be ranked No. 1 in the nation. Nobody else is playing as well...
We’ve just crossed the halfway point of the ACC basketball season, and we’ve got some mid-season award winners, and on this list that isn’t always a good.
Team of the First Half – Miami Hurricanes
This one was easy. Miami is playing as well ANYBODY in the country. They are 10-0 in the ACC, and flying up the rankings. They are eyeing a number #1 NCAA seed. What else can you...
