The Michigan Wolverines (19-7, 9-4) improved to 14-0 on the season at the Crisler Center with a win over Illinois (16-9, 5-7). In a game with an odd flow, especially in the 2nf half, the end result was a 71-60 victory for the Wolverines. Michigan played efficient first half basketball on their way to a 37-31 halftime lead.
