Mizzou opened their exhibition season with a bang on Monday night in Columbia, Missouri with a 91-58 win against an over-matched Northwest Missouri State team.
Mizzou was led by senior Earnest Ross, who poured in 22 points and hit six of his ten attempts from beyond the arc. The transfer from Auburn figures to log heavy minutes for head coach Frank Haith on the front-court as Mizzou tries to replace last season's senior laden team.

Junior point guard Phil Pressey chipped in four points and eleven assists, but also turned the ball over six times in the win.
