Priceless. Virginia shocked Duke 73-68 at home on Thursday night, spoiling the No.3 Blue Devils shot at top spot in next week’s national college hoops polls, and giving themselves a much needed boost in terms of nailing a bid to the NCAA tournament next month. Cavs guard Joe Harris poured in 36 points, while Seth Curry led Duke with 28 in a losing cause. As for the picture above (much thanks to the impeccable @cjzero), sometimes the stars align, the moon ends up in the seventh house, and a moment of pure, unadulterated bliss is preserved forever on the Internet when Mike Krzyzewski makes his patented ‘Coach K Face’ in the shadow of a Virginia student holding a giant ‘Coach K Face’ sign. Duke haters around the world will agree—they live for these life affirming moments. The post Mike Krzyzewski makes ‘Coach K Face’ while UVA student holds giant ‘Coach K Face’ behind him appeared first on Last Angry Fan.

  • Duke head coach Mike Krzyzewski needs to grow a backbone and stop being such a whiny wuss when Duke loses on their opponent's floor and the fans rush the court because that's a part of college basketball tradition and coach Krzyzewski is not bigger then tradition.

If he doesn't want the opposing teams fans to rush the home court after Duke gets beat and say nasty things to him, then win the game.
  • somebody is gonna get hurt and then THAT can become the new tradition: beat a team and assault their players...it's a new tradition so put up with it or risk having some idiot know-nothing like OnionG call you a "whiny wuss".....What a stupid comment, OnionG....you are an idiot!

NBA veteran forward David West took a massive pay cut to sign with the San Antonio Spurs on Monday. Most people view it as an admirable move from an aging player who badly wants to win a championship. Luther Campbell is not most people. Packers plan to keep TE Andrew Quarless despite arrest

When news broke that Green Bay Packers tight end Andrew Quarless had been arrested for discharging a firearm in public, his future with the team was a question. However, ESPN’s Rob Demovsky reports that Green Bay plans to keep the 26-year-old on the roster, citing two sources that said “the Packers have no plans to release the sixth-year veteran.” Quarless and Richard Rodgers...

Russell Wilson: God spoke to me after Super Bowl-losing INT

Russell Wilson undoubtedly will have plenty of options when his NFL playing days are done, and preacher might be at the top of the list. The Seattle Seahawks quarterback is extremely religious, so much so, that he says he speaks to the big guy himself on a regular basis. During a recent speaking speaking function at The Rock Church in San Diego, Wilson said he spoke with God in...

Jonathan Papelbon still wants out of Philly

I feel like I’ve written a version of this headline about five times over the past year, but it’s really only been four. My apologies. Anyway, as we roll along towards the All-Star Break and the trade deadline, lone Philadelphia Phillies All-Star Jonathan Papelbon is reiterating his desire to be traded to a contender before the end of the month. Kyrie Irving: Cavaliers would have won an NBA title if healthy

There’s no arguing that losing Kyrie Irving hurt the Cleveland Cavaliers against the Golden State Warriors in the NBA Finals. But would Irving have been the difference between losing a series in six games and winning a title? He seems to think so. During a recent appearance on The Big Podcast with Shaquille O’Neal, Irving...Read More

Are LeBron, Cavs just playing teenage games?

Follow us on Twitter @CrossoverNBA We all knew a few of them growing up. Odds are, you know a few of them now too. They’re the folks that crave some sort of drama, controversy, and say things like, “I try to avoid it, but it finds me.” It’s a mildly rough way to live, it’d seem like. Which brings us very quickly to the Cleveland Cavaliers and Lebron James. Whatever...
