Guard Jamaal Franklin had 26 points and 10 rebounds for his second career double-double to lead No. 25 San Diego State to a 94-43 rout of Division III Redlands on Friday night. The Aztecs (12-2) won their fifth straight game and matched the second-best start in school history. They made their season debut in the AP Top 25 on Monday. SDSU was ranked all of last season, when it went 34-3 and reached the NCAA regional semifinals before losing to eventual national champion Connecticut. Brian Kuklok, who's from suburban Poway, had 11 points to lead Redlands (4-6). SDSU leads 25-13 in a series that dates to 1925, although this was the first meeting between the schools since 1968. Franklin put on a show in the first half with 20 points, including making 4 of 6 3-point shots, and added five rebounds and five steals.
