Well, it’s official.
Former Illini Jeff Jordan is heading to UCF to play alongside younger brother/Twitter smack talker Marcus.
JJ will walk-on and be eligible to play for the Phil Knights in 2011-2012 after sitting out the upcoming season.
Is anyone else smelling a Central Florida two-game sweep of the 2012 College Basketball Invitational Championship Series?
In all serious, let’s get UCF scheduled for a home-and-home beginning in ‘11-12.
We all know Marcus would love a shot at the Illini.
In fact, the Illini can play UCF on a Thursday night and then travel to Florida International for a Saturday afternoon tilt against Alex Legion and the dream maker Isaiah Lord Thomas.
Or vice versa.
All kidding aside, best wishes to the Jordans and Legion as they continue their careers.
And no hard feelings about your recent Twitterness, which I promise not to address anymore on this blog.
