For Kansas, a narrow win over Oklahoma State may have jumpstarted them a bit. After trailing at halftime, the Jayhawks allowed the Cowboys just 21 points in the second half.
Kansas led the country in assists per game, and also was the top shooting team in the nation. The Jayhawks were led in scoring and rebounding by the Morris twins. They scored nearly 31 points per game and also grabbed 15 rebounds per game.
The Jayhawks two losses on the season came at home to Texas, and on the road at Kansas State. The winner of this game will take on the winner of the game between Texas and Texas A+M for the Big 12 championship. These two teams played twice during the regular season, with the Jayhawks winning both.
