Purdue's Painter Likes Their Non Conference Schedule

Purdue coach Matt Painter said he didn't accomplish all his objectives with the Boilermakers' nonconference schedule for the upcoming season, but he came close. "I think we have a very good schedule,'' Painter said. "I think we have very good balance. I think it will get us ready for the Big Ten." Purdue released the nonconference schedule Monday, which contained few surprises. Much of it has been reported sporadically.
