Redskins DE Jason Taylor Targets Return Vs Giants

Out for ten to fourteen days after a knee injury suffered on Saturday night, Redskins defensive end Jason Taylor's availability for the regular-season opener on September 4 against the Giants is in some doubt. But not according to Taylor. "I have been a quick healer in the past," Taylor said Monday. "People think I'm old. I'm not that old yet, so hopefully those healing cells are still in there." When his leg was bent in awkward fashion as he found himself in a pile of bodies on Saturday night, Taylor realized it could have been worse. "You hope it's not the big one," Taylor said.
