Jahii Carson's coach says his sophomore season will be his last at Arizona State.
Though Carson's early exit to the NBA has been anticipated since he arrived in Tempe, coach Herb Sendek said Thursday that he has no doubt the dynamic point guard will leave for the pros after this season.
Carson was one of the most heralded in-state recruits in Arizona State history and he lived up to the billing as a redshirt freshman last season. He led the Sun Devils in scoring at 18.5 points per game and assists at 5.1, and was named the Pac-12's co-freshman of the year with UCLA's Shabazz Muhammad.
The 5-foot-10 guard filed paperwork to be evaluated by NBA executives during the offseason before deciding to return to Arizona State.

Arizona State made a splash when it added Tempe native Calaen Robinson to its 2012 recruiting class, giving the Sun Devils three players from the Valley to round out the class and provide a foundation to build upon for the future. But that optimism was put on hold when it was announced last November that Robinson would have to sit out the entire 2012-13 season due to an off-the-court issue.
TEMPE, Ariz. -- Arizona State announced Thursday that it will demolish the north end zone upper deck at Sun Devil Stadium following the Buffalo Wild Wings Bowl in late December.
"The removal of the north end zone, with its resultant reduction in capacity, will right-size the building and open the upper bowl as it once was," athletic director Steve Patterson said in a statement...
TEMPE, Ariz. -- In football as in life, it is natural to prefer the comforts of home. From the familiarity of the locker room and the sideline to a home crowd and not having to get on a plane afterward, home games offer plenty of advantages.
Great teams, however, win on the road, too.

If there was an award given out to who had the busiest summer, Arizona State center Jordan Bachynski would win, hands down. Not only did he join his teammates for their trip to China, he also was a key member of the Canada National Development Team that competed in a separate China trip and the World University Games in Russia.

No. 22 Arizona State is back in the Top 25 following a blowout win over USC. The 3-1 Sun Devils only loss this season came against Stanford. Notre Dame was on the losing side in a game against Oklahoma. The loss dropped Notre Dame to 3-2 and out of...
