A group of Seattle SuperSonics fans have filed a motion in a federal court seeking to block ticket sales in Oklahoma City until they get the first attempts at the best seats and prices promised last year when the team was in KeyArena. As reported by the Seattle P.I.:Thursday's request to U.S. District Judge Richard Jones seeks to modify the initial class-action lawsuit against the Professional Basketball Club and put a halt to the ticket-selling process at the Ford Center. It was met with a sharply worded reply Friday by Bennett's attorneys."Making silly claims like this is what gives lawyers their poor public image," said Brad Keller, lead attorney for the PBC. The fans' suit would seek to allow fans in Seattle the right of first refusal on priority seating in the Ford Center in Oklahoma City, but would also seek to have PBC refund the air fare of those that would have to fly to OKC to attend games.
