You could tell that Ohio State came into the game believing from the get go that they can win this game. After all, this was their first test of the season, and Duke has been tested with playing the then #2 and #3 teams in the nation as well as solid teams in Minnesota and VCU. In some ways, Ohio State was amped up, and Duke came into the game with a “just another day in the office” lackadaisical attitude. If you have not forgotten, Duke went into Value City Arena at Ohio State, and got destroyed last season. Ryan Kelly said that he struggled to get any sleep for days after that 22 point loss last season. This year, Ohio State expected to come into Cameron and win, and they looked like they were going to cruise to a fairly easy win in the first half.
