As any college basketball team can tell you, it’s important to play to your strength in March. The Pac-12 conference tournament doesn’t have the history of the Big East or ACC tourney, but the conference always has the hottest cheerleaders. The UCLA, USC, Oregon and Arizona State squads are all consistently worthy of No. 1 seeds. So, why not bring ‘em all to Las Vegas for the Pac-12 tournament? If this hasn’t attracted the male demographic to the MGM grand, nothing will.
Still basking in the afterglow of their Gameday fling with Jay Bilas a few weeks ago, the UCLA cheerleaders and spirit squad are in Vegas rooting for the Bruins, who will face Oregon late Saturday night for the Pac-12 title. UCLA beat Arizona for the third time this season on Friday, but UCLA freshman star Jordan Adams broke his right foot on the game’s final play and is done for the remainder of the school year.
