UNLV Basketball: Runnin' Rebels vs. San Diego State

Led by newcomer Mike Moser and incumbents Chace Stanback, Anthony Marshall, and Oscar Bellfield, the Rebels are playing at a high level. First-year head coach and UNLV alum Dave Rice has more-than-capably replaced former coach Lon Kruger, who departed to Oklahoma after accumulating a 161-71 record in town.Moser, who averages a 14/11 double-double, transferred from UCLA last year. He brings energy on the glass and scoring. Stanback leads the team in scoring with a 46% three-point touch. Bellfield and Marshall are steady hands in the backcourt. Brice Massamba and Carlos Lopez give the Rebels size in the frontcourt.
