It's no secret that the ACC has, in the past been North Carolina, Duke...and bunch of other guys in basketball. Not this year. North Carolina is mediocre..at best, Duke is Duke, with a great record and will be overrated in the NCAA Tourney.However, the better story, this year, is Maryland and in particular Senior Guard Greivis Vasquez who has won the ACC Player of the Year award.
