WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. — After coming off a tough road loss to Michigan on Wednesday night, the Indiana Hoosiers bounced back right away heading up highway I-65 to beat in-state rival Purdue 78-61. This was Tom Crean’s first win against Purdue since he took over Indiana in 2008.
“Our guys did an excellent job of understanding that if you’re going to beat a really good team on the road, you’ve got to have great resolve, you’ve got to have toughness, you’ve got to get to the foul line, you’ve got to have a rebounding mindset and you’ve got to communicate,” Indiana coach Tom Crean said. “I’m proud of the way that they played.”

Except that the Hoosiers clearly have a lot more than 100 band members.
Maybe that's why the Big 10 is called the Big 10, even though there are 12 teams in the conference.
Then again, the Big 12 conference has 10 teams.
