It’s been quite a day in the Atlantic 10 Tournament. It started off with a bizarre ending in the Charlotte-Richmond game that resulted in 11 free throws and three technical fouls in the final 4.7 seconds, and that was followed up by an equally entertaining ending in a matchup between St. Joes’ and Xavier. Trailing by one, St. Joe’s was running down the clock for the final shot of the game — with less than five seconds left, guard Langston Galloway drove into the lane, going hard to the hoop. As he went up for the game-winning layup attempt, he was fouled with 1.4 seconds left — he had two free throws for the lead. He calmly made them both, but there was still just a bit of time remaining. Xavier tried the full-court pass to get the ball in, but the throw was off — way off.
