If college basketball player Allan Chaney wants to play college hoops again after sitting out a year because of transferring, it's going to be at a school other than Virgina Tech. The school announced Wednesday that it will not medically clear Chaney to play basketball, the Richmond-Times Dispatch reports. The decision comes over a year after Chaney fainted on the court during a workout at Virginia Tech.
