3 players leaving Arizona State basketball program

TEMPE, Ariz. -- Guards Calaen Robinson and Egor Koulechov and forward Brandan Kearney are leaving the Arizona State basketball program. All three were reserves for an ASU team that went 21-12 and qualified for the NCAA Tournament for the first time in five years. The Sun Devils are scheduled to lose four starters -- seniors Jordan Bachynski, Jermaine Marshall and Shaquielle McKissic...

Robinson eager to begin ASU career

Arizona State made a splash when it added Tempe native Calaen Robinson to its 2012 recruiting class, giving the Sun Devils three players from the Valley to round out the class and provide a foundation to build upon for the future. But that optimism was put on hold when it was announced last November that Robinson would have to sit out the entire 2012-13 season due to an off-the-court issue.

ASU frosh Calaen Robinson to sit out

Arizona State freshman guard Calaen Robinson will not play this season.
