Penn State falls to Minnesota, 80-66
The Penn State Nittany Lions (9-10, 1-5) got a career-high 22 points from senior guard Cammeron Woodyard (Westminster, Md.), but could not overcome a 22-point performance from Minnesota freshman Joe Coleman and 33 Golden Gopher free-throws Sunday at the Bryce Jordan Center. Tim Frazier (Houston, Texas) added 20 points and five assists for the Nittany Lions.

Penn St. 74, Cornell 67
Penn State overcame a cold night of shooting with some clutch 3-pointers Wednesday as the Nittany Lions held off Cornell 74-67.
Tim Frazier had 17 points for Penn State (8-5), Cammeron Woodyard and Trey Lewis added 13 each and Jermaine Marshall had 12. The Nittany Lions, who shot 38 percent from the field, connected on 7 of 14 3-pointers in the second half.
