Timberwolves ink second overall pick Williams to deal
The Minnesota Timberwolves signed second overall pick Derrick Williams to a rookie deal on Monday.
A 6-foot-8, 241-pound forward out of Arizona, Williams is expected to contribute right away for the lowly Timberwolves.
