Javon McCrea of Buffalo has been named MAC Player of the Year. McCrea was joined on the All-MAC First Team by David Brown, Julius Brown, Tree Treadwell and Shayne Whittington. DeShonte Riley was named Defensive Player of the Year and Zavier Turner received Freshman of the Year honors.
