Apparently Deron Williams thinks that Tim Frazier is one of the best point guards in the country because Penn State’s leader and best player has been invited to DW8′s annual skills academy that only the best high school and college point guards get invited to.

Frazier can’t do everything, PSU loses in B1G Round 1
Well, the “experts” said if Tim Frazier had a huge game for the Nittany Lions, Penn State might stand a chance against No. 15 Indiana in the Big Ten Tournament opener. So then why did the Lions still lose even after Frazier scored a game-high 26 points, his 17th 20+ game of the year?
