Mel Thomas comes back!

Yesturday (Monday December 31, 2007) Uconn's guard Mel Thomas finally came back from a small stump in the road. The last couple of games for uconn.... mel only averaged about 4-5 points per game and was loosing her 3-point streak. But yesturday she proved that with a little confidence she could proove herself worthy of being able to hold her place as a starter when she scored the game high of 19 point... 5 of which were behind the arc (3-pointers). The Uconn game ended up with a score of 82(UCONN)-33(ARMY). Uconn has a streak of 12 wins and 0 losses. They are the #1 college team in the country.

Mel Thomas drives to the basket during the first half of Connecticut's 82-33 win over Army Monday. With five three-pointers, she moved into fourth place on UConn's all-time three-point list....
