That is why this sport is the best to follow and the way the BCS unfolds every weekend makes it seem flawless. Wait, saying the BCS is flawless makes about as much geographical sense as adding the likes of Maryland and Rutgers to the Big Ten. Being No. 1 Is Not Fun Kansas State was absolutely housed by the Baylor Bears and the game was never in doubt after the first half. Collin Klein struggled miserably and the defense was gashed by a respectable Baylor offense, but how the K-State offense struggled so mightily in the first half made everybody scratch their heads. The bottom line was the Wildcats could not make up a ton ground in the second half because they had no answer at any point of the game for Nick Florence and a powerful, explosive rushing attack.
