I'd say there is a 0% chance of the Jets drafting Matt Ryan. They still have high hopes for Kellen Clemens. It was very difficult to judge him this year since the offensive line was one of the worst in the league. They have already commited to bringing back Pennington to challenge Clemens in camp. If McFadden and both Longs are gone by pick 6, the Jets will trade down.

The Ravens aren't taking a QB with the 8th pick either. Ozzie is too smart to tie cap space up with a crap shoot like picking a QB. He'll take a CB and hope Colt Brennan is around in the 2nd. If not him, he'll keep fishing.

The NFL is about cap space, not paying for maybes.
