  Earlier in the day we looked at the anatomy of a Nebraska win, now we must look at how Wisconsin can win and get to their third straight Rose Bowl. How Wisconsin Wins on Saturday? 1) Contain T-Mart: Taylor Martinez had a great game in the September 29th meeting between these two teams; he passed for 181 yards and 2 touchdowns and also ran 13 times for 107 yards and a score.  The Cornhuskers won the first match-up 30-27 and Martinez accounted for 3 of the scores. If the Wisconsin linebackers can keep Martinez in the pocket and prevent him from creating with his feet their chances at a 3rd straight Rose Bowl increase heavily in my opinion. T-Mart has been a force this year; slowing him down will be a key for Wisconsin. 2) Run the Ball: Montee Ball has been a monster since early October; averaging 153 yards per game in his last 7 games. Ball was only held under 100 yards once in those games, and Wisconsin must continue to give him the rock. In last years Inaugural Big Ten Championship game Ball accounted for 4 touchdowns (3 rushing/1 receiving) and a similar performance may solidify a Badger victory. 3) Prevent the big play: Whether its Taylor Martinez, Rex Burkhead, Ameer Abdullah or Kenny Bell; Nebraska can score in a hurry (Just ask Michigan State).  Wisconsin has been prone to the big play all year, and they must stay aware of Nebraska’s playmakers.  A blown coverage here or there could ultimately decide who will represent the B1G in the Rose Bowl. 4) Finish the Game: Both of these two teams have been accustomed to close games this year. The Badgers have three overtime losses this year, and have been prone to losing the close games. Wisconsin’s five losses have come by a total of 19 points, while Nebraska has found a way to comeback and win quite a few games including these two teams last meeting. Nebraska is 5-1 in games decided by 10 points or less, all coming in B1G play.  The Huskers have rallied from four double-digit deficits this season, if the Badgers get a lead they must finish the game.
