Tennessee wide receiver Cordarrelle Patterson is easily one of the best athletes in the upcoming draft, is magic with the ball in his hands, and has as much upside as maybe anyone in this draft.  The problem is he has no idea what he is doing as a receiver yet and will need substantial time learning the position in the NFL.  In the right situation, he could develop into a superstar and a game breaker.  In the wrong one, he could be a huge bust.  As a result, the best fits for him will have some of the following qualities.  A team that is not expecting him to carry their offense as a rookie, a team with stability with their front office and coaching staff, stability at quarterback, and preferably a team with a good enough receiver to be the #1 guy at least for the time being.Patterson could come in and have some packages that allow him to do what makes him special, but it is going to take some time to really become a fixture in any offense and become the playmaker people envision he can be.  He also has the potential to contribute out of the backfield; he provides a more generalized weapon, so having a creative offensive coordinator could make this acquisition that much bigger if he can prove to be able to learn the playbook and master the position.A number of teams stand out as potential fits, but the following five stand out as the best.  Perhaps the best fit of all could be the Seattle Seahawks given their roster, their stability, and Pete Carroll's success with players like Patterson, but they simply do not have the ammo to make such a deal, so it would require a borderline miraculous turn of events to make this move happen, so they were excluded.
