The two week defensive coordinator drama has now come and gone. Exit Kevin Steele. Enter Brent Venables. Dabo and Clemson moved quickly on this. When you get embarrassed as they did in Orange Bowl moves needed to be made and they needed to made with a since of urgency. I give Clemson a lot of credit for how this was handled.
With the chapter closed there are still numerous intriguing stories to follow this offseason. For good or bad college football has truly turned into a year round sport. The season, still over 8 months out, will officially begin September 1st against Auburn in the Georgia Dome. Here are just some of the stories that we'll follow between now and then.
