Toledo Rockets Athletics:
The good news is that Toledo's backfield features a 1000-yard rusher and an All-MAC honoree. The better news is that those distinctions belong to two different runners. Senior DaJuane Collins enjoyed a fine season in 2008 even though injuries forced him to miss four games and parts of two others. Despite those setbacks, Collins gained 700 yards on 5.5 yards per attempt, earning third-team All-MAC honors. Collins' replacement, sophomore Morgan Williams, stepped in and cranked out 1,010 yards and six touchdowns in just 169 carries. Williams went wild in a 42-14 win against Miami, setting a school record with 330 yards to go along with three TDs.
