Auburn Tigers Blank Mississippi St. Bulldogs

Brandon Cox made sure the Auburn Tigers stayed focused on their task at hand: avoiding a potential letdown against the Mississippi State Bulldogs. Cox kept his end of the bargain Saturday at Scott Field in Starkville, throwing for 249 yards and two touchdowns as the Tigers blanked the Bulldogs, 34-0. Auburn, ranked fourth in the latest Associated Press poll, improved to 2-0 overall and 1-0 in the Southeastern Conference, while Mississippi State fell to 0-2 overall and 0-2 in the league.

LSU will give Auburn all it can take, and then some.
The Tigers from Baton Rouge should have reached the Top 5 in the AP poll. If they had not lost that Monday night OT game to Tennessee last year, the LSU Tigers would have had a season far more memorable that the one that they managed/


How long will Croom last? Surely, this is his last season.
