Hey Carson went to USC.........he is just spewing talk. We'll see what happens come Sept. 13th Carson.

yeah man he went to usc has to rep his team no matter where he lives im in az and i rep the eagles so cant hate i would rather a player say that then the standard "well you know they are both great schools and it will be a good game and we will see who wins" thts lame man i wanna know how these players really feel so good job CP.

In the interest of fun and games, camaraderie and sportsmanship, manhood and ego, Carson should back up that trash talking with a little wager. Perhaps he could give Troy Smith a call – do some OSU/USC jersey trading for the loser of the wager, to be worn during warm-ups of the Bengals vs. Ravens game in Cincinnati. (While I can't speak for Troy, it would be interesting to see the two icons of their respective programs, and Heisman winners, make this wager. I would be willing to do it, but I don't think it would have nearly the hype – I'm just an OSU alumnus and current OSU graduate student.) Perhaps make it even more interesting. If he does, in fact, get to come to the OSU/USC game next year at the 'Shoe, he could place a wager on his apparel for that day, too. He might want to wear an OSU jersey anyhow… I wouldn't want to be wearing an USC jersey that day in Columbus (I mean, unless Carson wants to place that wager).

He was just trash talking i expect nothing less. If he backed OSU then he'd be a true traitor but it just adds another storyline to a very exciting matchup

Hey his comments were his own thoughts, thats all right with me. I lost all respect for him after he tried to back peddle on his original statement. Stick to your convictions man!! Even though I did not agree with him.

Carson Palmer might just have a rough opening game in Cincy and not by the opponents.
