On what turned out to be a very exciting and relaxing Sunday afternoon, I got to take in Fan Appreciation Day at Notre Dame Stadium. Yesterday definitely had the feel of Christmas Morning getting to see all the new gifts Good Old St. Weis has bestowed upon us Fighting Irish fans. There were a lot of highs and some lows from yesterday's open practice session.

    The biggest cheer definitely had to come from the Freshmen class. They were billed as advertised. Jonas Gray, Michael Floyd, Ethan Johnson, Robert Blanton, and Braxston Cave looked very impressive.

    As for the biggest Jeer, I would have to say that I was a little disappointed in the offensive line. Yes it was only the third practice, but I guess I was hoping to see more.
