Oregon
Out to prove: QB Jeremiah Masoli is among the nation's elite
Here he is, people, your 2009 Heisman Trophy sleeper. Masoli struggled early last year like most junior college transfers, then blossomed in the last month of the season. The perfect fit for coach Chip Kelly's spread option offense, he'll play with more confidence in the passing game this fall.
Boise State
