McKenzie and Scott Earn Academic Honors

Syracuse football student-athletes Jim McKenzie and Kevyn Scott are 2009 CoSIDA/ESPN the Magazine Academic All-District Team selections. The duo joins four other Syracuse University student-athletes to earn the honor this fall and will appear on the ballot to earn national honors. McKenzie, Scott and the football Orange will play at 14th-ranked Pittsburgh this Saturday (12:00 p.m., ESPNU).

Syracuse has taken yet another hit with the suspension of three players, tailback Antwon Bailey, defensive end Torrey Ball and offensive guard Andrew Tiller.
