Mike Hart ran the ball pretty well at Michigan, but it pales in comparison to how much he ran his mouth. Despite not beating Ohio State in 4 chances, losing to Appalachian State, and having multiple moments of sheer abrasiveness with the media Hart's legacy at Michigan will be defined by his post game comments made after beating Michigan State in 2007. Despite the fact that Michigan State was up by 10 points in the 4th quarter, Hart compared the Spartans to being Michigan's little brother that they allowed to take the lead to get excited only to toy with their emotions by beating them later. What a piece of work. His comments infuriated MSU's head coach and helped fuel Michigan State to a revenge win last week at the hands of the Wolverines. Even though Hart has since moved on though, his legacy unfortunately still lingers like a bad fart as Michigan State fans are running digital billboards calling Michigan, the Spartan's Little Sister.
