The NCAA may change clock rule 3-2-5e, the rule that states the clock would start immediately after a kick-off or punt. Reasons for the proposed change are contained in the article.

    This was the worst rule change ever. I understand the external problem they were trying to fix, but don't change the actual game because of it. You know what else would make games shorter? Making every quarter five minutes. I'm glad the NCAA is going to scrap this.
