Nick Saban to West Virginia?!

The former LSU, Miami Dolphins, and current Alabama coach has apparently had his agent contact West Virginia about their coaching vacancy after the departure of Rich Rodriguez. He just finished his first year at Alabama, and I think this is just a rumor. However, if this turns out to be true, Saban is the sleaziest coach in the land! One year and you're already looking for a new job!

Are you serious!! This guy is a scumbag if its true

If true, this has everything to do with the mammoth salary Rodriguez got to ensure he's stay at WVU long term. Nick wants a piece of that action without as much pressure to win right away like he has at Alabama.

That's not a good move unless he's going to get paid a bundle of money. But, that's Saban for ya.

He's already getting a ton of money anyway!

yeah....but you know how they are ....they always want more.

DUPE POST, I posted the same article!

And your picture is a lot better!!!!!!!!!! LOL

I'm not sure he'd survive that move. Those Bama fans are nuts. If he pulled the plug and left them high and dry they'd whack him

Maybe Bama can bring Franchione back and he can screw them a second time. Seems like a great place to get a nice contract and bolt. Wonder if they would fall for it twice?

'Bama is a religiously crazy state for football, too bad they're going to have to wait at least 3 seasons before they see any results.

Not Saban, not Jimbo, Not Terry. There is a head coach who has expressed interest from a major conference, perhaps the ACC.

Update: leading candidates are Terry Bowden and Doc Holiday. Terry would bring Tom Pender as OC and Doc might bring Trickett.

Maybe they can bring Lee Corso out of retirement. Get his ass off of ESPN>

LONG LIVE COACH CORSO!!!!!!!!.

He's the sleaziest coach in the land only if he takes the West Virginia job? He's a piece of shit either way.

That's a valid point, he and Bobby Petrino and Rich Rodriguez

Alabama - The Hate State

You would think that a school with all of that football tradition could get a coach that would stay there for more than a year or two. It can't be a bad job.

This is serioulst a joke though. Right?

What's a joke, Bear?
