PULLMAN – The Washington State Cougars don’t have an abundance of talented football players, but WSU players and coaches have voted to get rid of one of their best players.
Wide receiver Kevin Norrell was suspended for the season Tuesday after he was charged with driving under the influence and other infractions early Sunday.
