RichRod apparently has difficulty reading and understanding his employment contracts. When you sign a legal document that says you'll owe $4M if you take a different job, odds are the other party expects you to owe $4M when you take another job.

    I saw that Rich was "disappointed" by the animosity from WV Fans and surprised by the lawsuit. Perhaps WV should go for an injunction prohibiting him to coach at Michigan before he pays the $1.3 M first installment he owes the University and maybe he'd be "surprised" by that. He might be a good coach but he's forgot where he came from...what a moron!

    I played quarterback for coach Rod at Glenville State. There is not a more upstanding guy in college football than this man. Prior to his assuming the Glenville job several undeserving athletes had been granted scholarships. Though his honoring these prior commitments would affect his recruiting efforts he chose to remain committed to those athletes.
    Seek first to understand.
