SPREAD OPTION AT MICHIGAN

Considering that Mallett is considering to another school, and Michigan has nothing but pocket passers at quarterback, I would think its gonna be a rough one for them next year. The talent in the stable of running backs they have is a major plus but they have not an athlete like Pat White or Tim Tebow back there directing traffic. I have no doubt the new coaches and Rodriguez will have no trouble with bringing in someone who fits the bill. But until they do it will just be a bunch of unkowns with no experience trying to make it work. And with the possibility of Manningham and others leaving after this year and the Buckeyes and Illinois coming back with another capital team next year is only going to make things harder. But the beauty of Michigan is they always pull through, they always have, even with a new offense.

Is Mallett really looking to go elsewhere? That's too bad because he's a good QB, just not a Rich Rodriguez formation guy. Where would he go?

why do say Mallett is not a Rich Rodriguez guy? Mallett is not limited to one style of play!!!!!!!!!!

I KEEP HEARING HE'S LEAVING BECAUSE OF THE NEW OFFENSE. HES NOT MOBILE ENOUGH

I think Mallett leaving is a little pre-mature, it has never been official and only an assumption! Further more, this rumor started with the whole T. Pryor rumor to mich-again....! Mallett is one of the highest rated quaterbacks to ever attend mich-again...why couldn't he adopt the "spread"..? The guy looks pretty aware of the "game" on the grid iron. If Rich Rodriguez is half the coach he is labeled then why couldn't he walk Mallett through the steps to get there? I'll com out and say it, I hate mich-again, but there are too many rumors floating around about what is going to happen and not enough facts to back it up!
