Well, when you've got your opponent two to one in time of possession and beating them in total yards, you would figure you would be winning. But that wasn't the case for Syracuse (1-6), who had the ball for over 19 minutes and outgained USF (6-1) 220 to 211 in the first half. The two teams went in the locker room with the Bulls leading 21 to 13.

It is the seventh game of the season, a road trip to Florida, against a team that could be the cream of the crop for the Big East. It is Syracuse (1-5) against 19th ranked South Florida, and it could be a game that might be over just right after it has begun.

In yesterday's game there was one thing that I noticed throughout the whole game that bothered me as far as game play selection. Either Mitch Browning, as the offensive coordinator, or Greg Robinson, as the head coach, or someone else, decided that the Orange would be best served with lots of play action.
Robinson should just not talk anymore
After the last two games (before the USF one) I felt good for Greg Robinson. Yes, he and his team had lost. Yes, nothing much was changing besides the amount of losses on his resume. Yes, there was nothing he could do to change the mind of anyone that he needs to go.
