Two years ago, Charlie Weis lied to officials during a MSU-Notre Dame game about being slapped. It cost the Spartans 15 yards....video of the incident and replays showed that Weis was clearly fabricating the story... And now two years later, Weis has again tried to pull a fast one at Spartan Stadium.
