Rookie inside linebacker Dannell Ellerbe has been impressive in training camp. The rookie free agent from the University of Georgia loves contact and has been involved in some nice collisions. During practice Saturday morning, he repeatedly took on and defeated lead blocker and fullback Jason Cook numerous times as Ellerbe either made the tackle or clogged up the hole. As for Cook, a rookie free agent out of Mississippi, he better become a stronger lead blocker, or he won't make the Ravens' roster. *** I have a feeling the Ravens are going to be doing a lot of chip blocking with tight end Todd Heap and right offensive tackle Michael Oher early in the season. Oher struggled again this morning getting into his pass set, and was beaten a couple of times to the inside.
