Ty Willingham Will Be Gone By September 6, 2009

TEAMS: Notre Dame Fighting Irish, Washington Huskies, LSU Tigers

The Washington Huskies have decided to completely break ties with Head Coach Tyrone Willingham on September 6, 2009. They have decided that it is better to tank the football program and get rid of Ty sooner rather than later.

What a waste this would be: they fired the Athletic Director for standing up for Willingham, only to let Willingham go the next season? Grrrrr... Willingham has been the subject of MUCH speculation over at Coaches Hot Seat. Are you familiar with the site? If not, I HIGHLY recommend it...
