Apparently, the state of Utah takes football so seriously that they may want to file a lawsuit over the Utes not playing for the national title. But Utah was not left out of the title game simply because they don't belong to a BCS conference.

Congrats to Utah,Your National Champions

ESPN's front page said something like "too much Tim Tebow and plenty of Percy Harvin..."; you don't need to hear the rest. Everyone knows that the game last night was supposed to crown us a champion. But did it? I, for one, don't think so.As a fan of college football, and therefore a staunch opponent of the BCS, I was cheering for whatever would reflect badly...

Utah story couldn't get any better

See, most people already disliked the BCS, even if it has been correct about 80 percent of the time, but now that there is a poster child for everyone to feel badly for, the heat has turned up a notch. The problem is Utah doesn't deserve to be playing for a national title anymore than its biggest rival (BYU) deserved to be winning one under a much more flawed system 24 years ago.

And Your National Champion Is....

Ok, so Florida won last night. And made a good case that they are way better than Oklahoma. Either that or Tim Tebow is really the second coming of Christ and God just couldn't bear to see them lose. But I now want a playoff game between Florida and Utah. Which probably should have been a possible championship match up to begin with.
