TEAMS:
Miami Dolphins,
Washington Redskins,
New England Patriots,
Baltimore Ravens,
Philadelphia Eagles,
Dallas Cowboys,
Buffalo Bills
PLAYERS: Marcus Stroud, Tony Sparano, Mike Smith, Joe Flacco

--Bill Parcells has a guaranteed $9M out in his Dolphins deal, assuming Huizenga sells his share next month. This gives Redskins Park a collective boner.
--The Patriots miss the playoffs at 11-5. The Ravens should have stopped the Patriots 16-0 run late last year on MNF. The Dolphins narrowly missed 0-16 last year. The Cam Cameron-led Dolphins only beat the Ravens. The Ravens just won to keep the Patriots out of this year's Patriots. Wanna bet against them for revenge against Miami? The Ravens are 1-0 this year in Miami and 1-0 all time in Miami for the playoffs. Just sayin'.
--The NFC East is still a pool of s**t. The Skins held the Eagles to 3. The Ravens beat the tar out of the Cowboys. The Cowboys shit the bed against the Eagles. All of this violates all three basic laws of mathematics, without even adding the Cowboys-Giants game.
--Cleveland has fired Phil Savage (GM, formerly Ravens) and Romeo Crennell (DC, formerly Pats) Miami has won their division with Tony Sparano (formerly OL Coach of the Cowboys). Baltimore has won a playoff spot with John Harbaugh (formerly ST Coach of the Eagles). Atlanta has won a playoff spot with Mike Smith (I have to look it up. Okay, DC of the Jags.) Jacksonville has gone from 11-5 to 5-11, switching DC Mike Smith (and losing Marcus Stroud to the Bills, who also suck) for Redskins HC heir apparent if apparent means "only likely if money is an object" Gregg Williams. Gregg Williams takes over for Mike Smith as Jags DC, promptly making the Jags the type fo team that lets Joe Flacco throw for 295 without playing the entire fourth quarter. In general the Jags D is not to be feared and then go 5-11.
The Skins hired Jim Zorn, who had never been better than a QBs coach. He leads the team to 6-2, before taking the 2-6 finale to figure out that quick slants and draws can't be your ONLY offense. What does this mean? It means the Skins will always suck, even when teams like Atlanta . Also, it means Marty Schottenheimer is looking okay for Cleveland next year.
--I could go on and on. Especially about how teams that win their way into the playoffs like men (Atlanta, Baltimore) are favored against sh**ty divisional winners (Arizona, Miami). Or how Pittsburgh is shitting themselves thinking about playing Indy (who gets a tune-up against the AFC West team) in their first round.
